experiences
Professional VR training gives us a defined setting to explore discomfort and its impact on an experience. We’re looking for providers and research partners to help evaluate our prototype.
Human comfort. In motion.
Movement feels different to everyone. We’re developing AI software to help teams understand discomfort in virtual experiences and travel.

Virtual environments and physical journeys can feel uncomfortable. That discomfort can interrupt a training session, cut an experience short or make travel unpleasant.
Wobbl is developing software that helps teams understand motion-related discomfort as an experience unfolds. Our aim is to give the people building these experiences better information to work with.
A software toolkit for integration into our partners’ products.
We’re starting with a focused application, while looking at a much wider question: how can technology better understand human comfort?

Looking ahead
Our longer-term ambition includes passenger comfort in conventional and autonomous vehicles. We want to explore how a better understanding of discomfort could inform the journeys people take.
A wider horizon
Rail, maritime travel and aviation raise related questions about human comfort. They form part of our wider vision, with each environment requiring its own research and validation.
We have built an initial software prototype. Our next step is to evaluate it in a defined VR training application, together with partners who can help us test its usefulness.
We’re particularly interested in conversations with VR training providers, simulation teams and researchers working on human comfort.
